Product Specifications

Format specifications:

Minimum order 500 boards, additional boards can be ordered in multiples of 250. Minimum single image volume is 50 boards.

Electronic artwork / Electronic files:

• We accept Macintosh files created with or editable by the following programs: QuarkXPressR 5.0, Adobe Photoshop™ 7.0, and Adobe Illustrator™ 10.0.
• We can use .tif, .eps, .jpg, .gif, .bmp or .pdf files if the resolution is 300 ppi or better at actual size. We recommend providing files with the highest possible resolution.
• Every file needed to create the final piece must be provided, including original linked files. Linked files must be 300 dpi or better at actual size.
• All screen and printer fonts must be included (outline type if possible).
• Documents must be created 100% to size, either 7.0" x 9.5" or 9.5" x 14.5."
• All images should be sent via our FTP file sharing site, or provided on a CD.
• A hardcopy of artwork, properly scaled, must be submitted with each electronic file.
• Artwork will be returned upon request or discarded one year after order is produced.
• Prices include one free hour of prepress time. If additional charges are necessary, DYANT will provide an estimate in advance.

Digital color design proof:

Williston Northampton School

Customer will receive a final hardcopy or email design proof for confirming layout, size and text content, color is approximate. The design proof must be returned with an authorizing signature to begin production. There is no charge for the first design proof. Subsequent design proofs for the same job will be charged at $20.00 each.

Four-color process notes:

• PMS color match is not available.
• Digital reproduction process makes exact color match impossible to guarantee. Colors are approximate.
• Artwork is printed in designated format area without bleed (see Format Specifications).
• A nominal 1/2" white border area surrounds artwork.
• Due to manufacturing process, artwork can shift up to 3/8" into border region creating frames that may not appear even on all four sides.

Overruns / Underruns:

All orders are subject to 5% overruns or underruns and will be billed accordingly.

Pen imprinting:

The notable image™ logo will appear on all pens along with the words "dry erase pen" and "conforms to ASTM D-4236".

Shipping:

All orders are F.O.B. Marietta, Ohio. We suggest shipping items UPS. Orders are shipped within about four weeks after design proof authorization.

50% payment due with submission of design proof authorization (non-refundable)

50% balance payment due at time of shipping (non-refundable) plus shipping costs.

Warranty / Return Policy:

notable image™ dry erase boards are produced by DYANT, LLC ("DYANT"). DYANT warrants these products for 30 days after shipment against defects in manufacturing, packaging, labeling, nonconformance with customer specifications and will either issue credit for any defective product or replace it free of charge when returned to DYANT, postage prepaid. THIS IS DYANT'S ONLY WARRANTY AND DYANT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Replacement is your sole remedy and DYANT shall not be liable for damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, even though caused by negligence or other fault. DYANT reserves the right to refuse any text/Image/graphic which DYANT alone deems objectionable or inappropriate.
